Commandments of Health

Hey Dad, thanks for this message! Hope I can apply these in my life! Hahahaha! =)

  1. Less MEATS more VEGETABLES (goodbye quarterpounder with cheese!)
  2. Less SALT more VINEGAR (no problem with this one!)
  3. Less SWEETS more FRUITS (goodbye frappucino, hello fruit express!)
  4. Less EATS more CHEWS (Dad, I always chew my food! I'm just faster than you!)
  5. Less CLOTHES more BATHS (hmmm...lesser clothes...cool! bwahhahahaha!)
  6. Less TALKS more DEEDS (can you imagine me not talking? hehehehe)
  7. Less DESIRES more SHARING (of course, sharing what we have! talents, resources!)
  8. Less WORRIES more SLEEPS (easier said than done!)
  9. Less RIDES more WALKS - goodbye Clark! sad =(
  10. Less ANGER more LAUGHS (i'd rather not put my ranting here!)

I hope life can be as simple as these rules!
